After a source has been assembled with MACRO11.EXE, a listing file is produced and displayed in the MACRO11 Listing window. An external generated listing file can also be loaded.
From this read only window, the generated code is extracted and can be written into the target machine’s memory (“Deposit” button). The button “Show octal dump” displays the generated code in a special Memory window called “MACRO-11 code”.
The current PC, as set in the Execution Control window, is marked in the listing, if the PC address is visible.
All code address are virtual 16-bit addresses.
